My journey into photography started very early in life, as I was always that girl with a camera every time my friends and I went anywhere! Fast forward to 2015 and I decided to take classes with a local photographer and start a little side hobby photographing families. It has been a slow growth process as life and kids have been the priority over the last 8 years.


In 2021, clients started asking me to photograph their weddings and although I was immediately hesitant, I saw opportunity. You see, I always thought I would be an event planner / coordinator for a wedding venue, but again life changed that for me. But now, I get to work in the wedding industry in a different capacity and honestly I lOVE IT!


I started second shooting to gain experience before I took on any solo weddings and love assisting lead photographers and being a part of incredible wedding days! It's been a full circle moment for me as I not only get to capture beautiful images but also be a helping hand as a second photographer!

My goal for the day as a second shooter:

While being a second shooter is a great way to capture beautiful images to grow my portfolio, I realize this is not the main focus of a second shooter. As such my portfolio will never take the front seat on a wedding day. My goal is to serve the lead photographer and make their life easier on a wedding day. My hope and main objective as a second shooter is to be an ambassador to your brand and be a supportive team member that reduces stress, thinks ahead and is available to help in any way.

Location & Travel

I'm Located 20 Minutes South of Albany, NY

I'm available to travel 2-3 hours from Albany, NY. I'm also available to travel longer distances when my schedule allows for longer shooting days / multiple days. I'm able to drive and meet at the venue separately or I am also more than willing to drive you to and from the venue as well. For venues more than 75 miles round trip from 12184, I require gas compensation.

Pricing:

I'm aware that it is a privilege and such a priceless opportunity to be allowed to capture a wedding day with an experienced photographer. My standard rate is $60 per hour as a second shooter. If our pricing expectations vary from one another, I would still love the opportunity to discuss what is possible to have the opportunity to work together.
